Remote Online Notary Pennsylvania

Remote Online Notarization allows eligible signers to appear before a commissioned notary through approved audio-video technology instead of meeting in person. Arlene Mobile Notary Services provides RON services for clients who meet identity verification, technology, and document requirements.

Remote Online Notary Technology Requirements

To complete a Remote Online Notarization appointment successfully, each signer must use a compatible device and browser. The remote session will not work properly if the required browser is not used for your device.

Important Remote Online Notary Policy

NO ZOOM meetings or Document Review Sessions: Arlene Mobile Notary Services does not participate in Zoom meetings, video consultations, screen-sharing sessions, or pre-signing discussions to review or explain documents before a Remote Online Notary appointment.

As a Pennsylvania Remote Online Notary, my role is limited to verifying identity, confirming the signer’s willingness and awareness, and performing the notarial act through an approved Remote Online Notary platform. I cannot review, explain, interpret, prepare, or advise on the contents of any document.

NO Third-Party Software Downloads: Clients are not required to send me links to install outside software, plugins, apps, or document viewers. Remote Online Notary appointments are completed only through my approved secure notary platform.

Payment is required before the Remote Online Notary session. Each signer must complete the identity verification, credential analysis, and any required authentication process before the notarization can proceed.

Non-Refundable RON fees: If the signer is unable to pass identity verification, credential analysis, or required authentication, the notarization cannot be completed. Because appointment time, platform fees, and verification services have already been incurred, Remote Online Notary fees are non-refundable.
