Finding a notary public to notarize your important documents can be a challenge. Finding a notary that will travel to you, on your schedule, can be even more challenging. That's where I CAN HELP.
Fees are per act
(there can be multiple signers per document).
Travel fees are round-trip, based from point of origin to signing location and back. Flat rate fees are a minimum $50 charge plus cost listed in fee schedule.

Note: If circumstances beyond the notary public control hinder notarization, a $50 travel fee applies.
Lack of proper identification is the sole factor preventing notarization.
The minimum fee for notarizing Estate Planning Documents and Mortgage Documents is $100.
